Christmas at the hotel was great! I loved the location of the hotel, as it was right in the heart of the city center. The large and clean room was perfect for my stay. The breakfast and dinner that were included in the room rate were delicious, and it made my stay so much more comfortable.
The staff at the hotel spoke only Czech, which was a bit of a challenge. I also found that there was no shower curtain, which made the floor outside the shower constantly wet.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and dinner that were included in the room rate. the spacious room had a great view of the town square, which was conveniently located near the train station, shops, and tourist center. the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained.
The staff struggled with communicating in English, which made it hard for us to obtain information or help. the minor issue of having no shower curtain caused the floor to get wet easily, but it didn't bother us much.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was big and spacious, perfect for a single guest. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was remarkable. The hotel offered breakfast and dinner included in the room rate, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the location was ideal, with a view of the square from our window. It was within walking distance from the train station, monastery, shops, and the tourist info center.
Cannot find any fault.
